Brand new with tag! Bought new from Maxicimam, it's still on their website (linked below) but as shipping is quite expensive this is still cheaper than buying from them. Only tried it on; it's a lovely and full skirt but it's just not my style. Waist stretches from 50-100cm according to official measurements and the length is 51cm.
