This is Malice Mizer’s Memoire DX CD from 1994.

The cover and both booklets are damaged, and the inside of the visual story booklet has detached from the spine. Even though the pages are damaged, it seems that they’re all present and the pictures are beautiful. The CD is slightly scratched and dusty, which I’ve tried to picture. I haven’t done a play test.
