This is a vintage malco modes petticoat.
I’m the second owner, I bought this years ago and it’s still insanely poofy.
The waist band is fully elasticated but really thin and there are tiny runs in the nylon.
It’s made of yards of ruffled white chiffon nylon and gives a lot of volume.
I can take measurements upon request.
I prefer to ship using USPS priority shipping domestically within the US.
