Malco Modes Chiffon Pannier / Petticoat Model #582 - Ivory

Super fluffy chiffon pannier that can be packed into a bag or a luggage and still maintain it's super fluffy non-deflating pouf!
I purchased this #582 and "modified" it, by sewing / pinning up some of the sides so that the shape is more suitable for a lolita skirt-shape. (I previously did this with a black one I owned and it was my "workhorse" pannier -- traveled with me to events in my luggage and fluffed up my skirt beautifully.) I wore this one maybe twice or so over tights, but no longer wear lolita, so it's up for sale.
The elastic band can also be removed and placed in another one of the "channels" if you want the pannier to be shorter or longer.
Color is technically an "ivory" but looks a bit more yellow than in the photos
