Hi there, I'm selling my Malco Modes Black Petticoat. This is a very poofy petti, perfect starter or layering piece! The waist band is elastic looks like some areas have been sewn by the previous owner. It's in pretty good pre-owned condition otherwise and the lace on this petti is very pretty. The tulle is soft to touch and comfortable on the skin. Waist band is elastic so it fits many sizes.
