***RELISTED DUE TO NONPAYING BUYER***

THIS ITEM IS CURRENTLY ON HOLD AS OF 3/13

I am not accepting returns. I just want my god-awful mistake out of my house. 

BUYER MUST BE AWARE OF THE BAD CONDITION IT IS IN. I'm literally saying this all over the listing. You CANNOT claim you didn't know. 

I am the third owner and was under the impression this was in like new condition (no flaws listed, high selling price). I was in shock when this arrived because Sugary Carnival is my dream dress, but this dress has so many things wrong with it. Here is the list of damages:

-Minor dark stain by the zipper
-Minor stain (?) on the bottom of the skirt in the back
-Overall discoloration on the front part of the skirt (sort of yellowing??)
-MISSING THE DANG WAIST TIES
-also one of the waist tie buttons is loose. 
-THE CRISS CROSS NECK RIBBON HAS BEEN CHOPPED OFF. DEAR GOD WHYYYYYYYY Who takes scissors to an AP dress?!?! A CLASSIC PRINT NO LESS

Supposedly the damage was all done by the first owner. The first owner also lost the waist ties. 

Oh! This comes with a headband, (still intact thank goodness) even still has the little star charm! Honestly the headbow is in better condition than the entire dress. 

Measurements:
Lolilibrary lists it as 88cm (34in) but I have a 91cm bust and I just barely zipped it up (as long as I don't wear a bra or breathe lmao) I also think if you remove the shirring ribbon from the back, it would let the shirring stretch to it's maximum. 

I literally cry every time I see this dress in my closet, someone put me out of my misery and get it out of my possession.
