Super cute print! I just don't wear it, as I don't like the cut on me. The shirring has all been snapped in the back, as this was going to be a project dress, but I never got around to it. But you can add the shirring back if you are savvy at sewing. Accepting reasonable offers, as I don't know what a good price would be
The shirring was cut through the lining, I added a picture to show. It may be hard to see I couldn't get a good position, to be able to get it. But there is a line snipped in the inner lining itself.
