Great condition!! Bought secondhand, literally only tried on, never worn out.

No shirring. Has two pockets and waist ties.

Does have a small stain on the front bow, I received it like that when I purchased it. Reflected in the price.

-I do have a dog and a cat. They are never near my lolita clothes.
-I live in a smoke-free home.
