There's some discoloration on the interior of the collar that is not visible when worn. I was not successful at washing it out, but have only tried light hand washing. Other methods may prove more effective. The print is pastel magical girl wands/items. They aren't exact to any one series but the wand and locket strongly resembles ones from Sailor Moon. Pricing high because it's such a lovely piece and I'm sad to see it go - not accepting lower offers.
