I am the second owner of this dress. The first owner tried on the dress and never wore it. I have never tried it on so it's still unworn. I've never had a chance to wear this dress and probably won't get one anytime soon and I've got bills to pay. The tags are ruffled up because I washed it to get out some wrinkles and forgot they were there. 
None of my dresses have been around any animals but at home I do own two cats while at my apartment I have no pets.
