MTP's Flower Fairy OP, comes with matching KC (headband). 
Will be packaged inside plastic zip sealed bag. Note that this dress is dark green, not black.

The dress has half shirring on the back, making it easier to put on and to stretch or minimize the bust area. There are strings threaded through to help further adjust the bust and part of the waist. The dress comes with a satin waist belt (used like waist ties). It adjusts at mid waist. The dress can be worn comfortable without the waist belt and looks fine. 
Neck of dress is relaxed square, has crossing neck ties. Lace pattern on the dress is full of roses. This dress can be layered with an underskirt well.
