This is a high waisted dress from the Taobao brand Magic Tea Party. Its a muted, sage-blue and is covered in ducks.

This dress is unlined, but made from a soft cotton broadcloth. The sleeves are fairly roomy and go to the elbow, and great if your arms are a little on the chunky side. This is a higher waisted dress that works better for people on the shorter side. I'm 5' 7" and the waist ends just past my bust, and the dress ends just above my knee. It's really comfortable but all high waisted dresses make me look like an eggplant. 

There's elastic the gathered waist and the ends of the sleeves; it can fit a good range of sizes.
