Bought off of lacemarket, but got another blouse I prefer wearing. Worn 4-5 times by previous owner, washed, in good condition. Missing detachable lace clip, but still has detachable waist ties. If I manage to fit the blouse through the mailbox, shipping will be about USD8 (untracked, uninsured)
However if it doesn't fit, shipping would increase to USD20 (untracked, uninsured)

Shipping should be €6. As for measurements, I'm currently away for the weekend and won't be back until late in the evening on sunday, so I can't measure it! If after sunday the blouse hasn't sold, PM me and I'll measure the sleeves for you :)
