I am the first owner of this dress! I bought it directly off their Taobao shop 5 years ago. I've worn it about 1-2 times.
It's such a cute sailor-inspired dress! I am letting it go since it doesn't fit my wardrobe anymore. This is size S, and there is no shirring, but there is corset lacing. It comes with the detachable pin, waist ties, and headband, and it is in like new condition.

From the Lolibrary page, the bust is 86 cm and the waist is 68 cm. I'd say that's fairly accurate, and there is no room for stretching. To be on the safe side, I'd recommend that the buyer have smaller measurements than this.
