I'm the second owner and I've only tried on the dress. The same for the first owner! Has never been worn out and still had the tag before I took it off.
The dress comes with a bow and glitter is still intact.

Unfortunately no. I'm the same bust size and it for snug and hardly comfortable. I would suggest it be less than 98cm bust :/
