(Buyer needs to send me a message BEFORE purchase, discuss with me how much non-refundable deposit you can pay now, and when will you pay off the remainder) I will not hold an item without a non refundable deposit. - Upon purchasing an item, I’ll assume the buyer is able to pay immediately. If the buyer does not respond to my messages/pay the invoice I send in 24 hours of purchasing a listing, I will cancel the order and blacklist the buyer. - I can help you to mark the package value down if needed. - I do not have any responsibilities for paying taxes, or refunding lost packages. - I do not accept returns or refunds, unless there is a significant error on my part, such as not noticing a really bad fault on an item.
