This dress is marked as modified due to the previous owner moving the buttons on the torso to be more centered with the print. I honestly did not realize until I double checked the previous listing to write this one. The button stitching could stand to be reinforced but they are not falling off.
I am the third owner of this JSK. The previous owner wore it thrice and I do not know about the owner before them. I have not worn this JSK as my bust is too large to fit in it and I didn't want to try and squeeze myself in. My loss is your gain, though! I think this is such an adorable piece.
