Max length 82, shirring stretches up to around a 100cm bust max but you'd need a longer lacing ribbon for that, the neck ties are removable.
There was a loose thread connecting the zipper to the dress but i've fixed that, some of the elastic looks worn out, but it's only visible from the inside, has some general distressed seams inside but pretty sure it's supposed to be that way. Also a little rip near the bottom of the zipper (last pic)
