I have worn this dress twice but but I am downsizing my closet. 
The buttons on the front are fake but the buttons on the back are real. There is a slip lining sewn into the bottom half of the dress. The fabric is pretty thin and a little see through but it was great in the summer.
There is elastic around the back part of the waist and on the end of the sleeves.

Size is 3L.
