Bought this recently, but unfortunately it was much too big for me.
It is a size XL. The measurements from LunaCatz are as follows:
Bust 42", Shoulder 18", Length 25.5"
I measured the arm length myself and it comes in as 25"
My bust is approximately 40", but it felt like there was more than two inches of extra room.
This may be good for a lolita with broader shoulders and long arms.
