Okay. It looks like my bust and Waist measurements are pretty close to yours. The coat is too small on me in the shoulders and back from the bodybuilding I've been doing. I think it's a good fit otherwise. It has room to layer but doesn't look bulky. I'm not sure if this makes sense but when it is on me I measure 84cm around for my chest and then I can pull the coat forward to about 91cm around. Obviously if you're back is not as broad as mine that would make it looser. Please let me know if you can think of any other way for me to figure out the measurements for you. As for shipping , the coat weighs just under 2 pounds. Usps website says I can ship it to Canada for $24.00
