Did a big spring storage cleanout and need this gone. This pannier/petticoat is new with tag and never worn and kept in a climate controlled storage facility, Petticoat was purchased in Japan in late 2014, Very plus size friendly as it is part of the "Lovely" line. I am the only owner. Selling because I vastly prefer the poof given with my MLT petticoats. 

I Would like to get some of what I paid for it back.
