This is a very cute partially shirred blouse from Angelic Pretty from 2009 era. The fabric quality is slightly worn and it could use an ironing. There is a minor stain on the right shoulder. Missing detachable sleeves & ties. Lolibrary measurements below, but the blouse is shown on a size 12 mannequin in my pictures, so I'd say the max bust is around 98 cm.
