Bought new from their store a few years ago, I've only worn this a handful of times myself. No noticeable flaws 
The fur collar is removable as well as the deer pin and bow. I realize now I forgot to reattach the bow after washing but I do still have it. I can add proof photos or upload new pictures if you'd like.
