The bracelets are from Charming Charlie several years ago. The locket brooch pin is vintage 80's, which I found at an antique mall.
I'm honestly not sure where I got the ring, I think it was included with something I got secondhand in the LiveJournal days.
The choker is handmade by me, from when my brand was called Sharpest Tooth (it's now Em's Garden). I ended up keeping it for myself because I really liked it! The lace is soft and the heart charm isn't too heavy.
