Hi gothroyalty, I figure the Terms of Sale were probably copy and pasted from LiveJournal, or something, so the seller accidentally left the line about commenting in there. On LaceMarket, using the Buy it Now or Bid buttons are the "final say" on sales, so to speak. I'll tell the seller to remove the line about commenting from their terms of sale.
