Hello!  These blouses are new with tags.  Please let me know what color you would like when you purchase the listing.  The size is 3XL and I have black, white and ivory available.  I just measured the tops, the garment measurements are:
bust: up to 42"
waist:up to 36"
bicep: up to 15"
sleeve length: 23" (fits kind of like 3/4 sleeve blouse)
shoulder: 16"
