Blue Sheer outer skirt with detachable bows

This sheer blue outer skirt can be adjusted from small to large sizes. Made of blue sheer materials, there are detachable bows that open the front of the skirt, in this way you can see the print of the dress. I only wore it once to a con, I take good care of all of my Lolita items. I store them away from humidity and odor.  I included a photo of the inside of the skirt. There is no damage.
