Hello! Sorry for the late reply. The dress is 50 cms long from the waist down. I'm pretty tall and you can see in on of the pictures above how it fits me with a petticoat.

I'm not that tiny but yes it's also because I am tall - I am 5'9" in inches or 170 cms. I'm very busty and I have slightly big hips. I compress my bust with a binding shirt for Lolita. My measurements (to give you an idea) are 92 cms bust; 70 cms waist and 90 cms hips. The dress fits me comfortable at my measurements. :D
