I bought this for an outfit idea in which I ended up selling the main piece so I'm letting this go as well. tried on once for less than 5 min.

inside cirumference is difficult to measure but I'd say around 24 in. and has tassels to tie smaller. I have a fairly large head and it fits me with room to spare!
