This is a really cute Liz Lisa dress with a nutcracker/ballerina themed print. It features both thin straps and ruffled straps - you can wear the ruffled straps normally over your shoulders, or off the shoulders for a different look. It has beautifully shaped bodice, and the print really stands out on the blue background. I've worn it about 5 times and can't find any obvious flaws.
