I purchased this bag from Y!JA, and while the description only mentioned that it had been used a couple of times, there ended up being a lot more damage than I was expecting.

There are small scuffs on the pleather material, scratched/tarnished bits on the hardware (which are a bit hard to see because of how reflective the finish is), some staining on the interior, as well as faint staining on the lace, and the lace sits a bit loosely near the buckle. The most noticeable flaw, however, is a manufacturing error. The top flap of the bag does not sit flush with the bottom, so when the bag is opened, the buckle does not align with the clasp. When the bag is properly buckled, the misalignment isn't very obvious because the lace covers the wrinkles in the flap. It's also worth noting that the actual color of the bag looks nothing like the stock photo. I was expecting a bright pink, but it is, in fact, a muted beige-pink, though it's possible this is an entirely different colorway altogether and I just haven't seen stock photos of it. The color you see in the close-up shots is the most accurate.

While this bag has a lot of issues, they aren't particularly noticeable unless you're inspecting it closely. From "far away" (more than 2 feet), the bag looks perfectly fine.  Both straps will be included so that you can wear the bag as a satchel or a backpack.
