Bought secondhand and worn once; it has mostly been sitting in my closet. 

Measurements (laid flat):
Bust: 16 inches
Waist: 14.5 inches

Damages include a hole on the right sleeve, some scuffing at the top of the skirt, a faint stain on the bottom lace trim, and a large tear on the back towards the right. The eyelet at the top is missing as well. Overall feeling of wear since this is an old piece.
