Little Dipper Underskirt in Ivory
Little Dipper ruffled underskirt in ivory. Waist measurement is 66-116cm. Total length is 65cm. Has drawstrings to pull up skirt for that valance look. There are several ruffles and gold lace at the hem. Note that this is actually 2 pieces connected by buttons, so it can be made shorter to 40cm. The brand photo shows all 4 pieces available for the skirt, I only purchased 2 pieces for a total possible length of 65cm - see proof photos.
