A frilly underskirt with a detachable layer (see the 3rd pic. The bottom ruffles attach via snaps). There are also ribbons on the skirt so you can bustle it up. The fabric is also thick enough that you can wear it on it's own as a skirt.

I bought this to go with the JSK I am selling in another listing. If you decide you want both, please DM me after buying the two pieces so I can properly combine shipping for you.

I have owned this for a few years and worn it a few times. I have only noticed a few loose threads here and there.

The manual measurements for this skirt are:

72cm unstretched and 115cm stretched by hand.

76cm long, with the top skirt piece being 43cm long and then the ruffle piece is around 33cm.
