Little Dipper Star OP damaged waist ties.
I bought this dress second hand, from a swap meet, and I have only worn it once. The style doesn't suit me very well.
The thread holding the buttons for the waist ties was loose, and eventually they both fell off. I have te buttons and the waist ties, they are in good condition. But the dress is "damaged" All items are sold as is, and any defects of any kind will be noted. I do not accept returns.
Once the item is shipped out I am not responsible for anything lost, stolen or damaged.
