I have only tried this piece on and I don't like how tight it is on my upper arms.  It's a lovely blue with just a tiny hint of green I think my camera makes it a little paler than it is in person.  Includes the laces for the sleeves as well as a belt.

I would say if your upper arms measure at or greater than 40cm that it will be too tight
