The apron top is detachable, so the skirt can be worn by itself. The way that the apron top attaches to the skirt can make it more restrictive, so the skirt format is best for comfort. The straps have an adjustable length.

The skirt has a side zipper with a hook closure at the top.

Only worn a handful of times. I am this skirt’s first owner. No damages.

Note: Lolibrary does not list a bust size, but I listed this item’s secondary category under dresses since it’s sort of between a skirt and a dress, so Lacemarket has required that I list one. I have no idea how much of a bust the apron top allows for, but if I had to guess, I’d say it’s not very roomy. Obviously, if you wear the item as a skirt only, this isn’t relevant.
