Very cute old school inspired OP from indie brand Little Bear. Has detachable sleeves, pink ribbon detailing, and a bustle. New with tags and only tried on. Has detachable waist ties (image 4) and also comes with the matching headdress (still sealed).
It's been stored folded in my closet for a long time, so it's wrinkled. I also noticed a couple tiny specks on the collar. They are very hard to see, but I included a photo (last image). I did not try to remove them, so they might come off in the wash. Other than that, I did not notice any flaws.
