XL Blouse in Black—Never Worn. Neckerchief and Brooch included

I bought this shirt to go with a skirt I had, but it didn’t work out. Time for it to move on to it’s true home.

Never worn, tags still attached. I’m 5’7” 140ish lbs with a small chest, so some caution going over those measurements. The shirt is on the long side, though.

Waist is 33 in at narrowest point, with the lacings undone.
I’m unsure about how to get an accurate bust measurement, but I’ll offer my bust—37.5 in—and the measurement across the front, lowest armpit seam point to lowest armpit seam point, which is 19 in flat. 
The shoulder—seam to seam—is 14.5 in. I would highly recommend not going over this measurement.
There is lacing but no shirring in the back. The lacing loops are 8 in apart with the lacings loose.

The arm cuffs do have shirring.

Smoke free house, but there are cats, so there might be a cat hair or two from when I took the photos.
