Lightweight floral skirt
A lightweight, fully shirred skirt. You can also wear it as an underskirt so that the plain beige ruffle shows under your other dresses.
Handmade not by me. Waistband is encased elastic with small upper ruffle. All seams are rolled (external) or serged (internal) except one seam that was cut on the selvage and was finished that way.
Waist 69cm to 127cm min-max, it's very stretchy. For best results, intermediate measurements are recommended.
55cm long including waistband and ruffle.
