Tried on, never worn. It is in 'like-new' condition considering I never wore it, in fear of staining. It is in the same condition as the day I received it. But considering my paranoia wont allow me to wear it, I figured this skirt ought to be with someone who will actually confidently wear it.
My hang-ups aside, this is a lovely skirt. It is a thick, sturdy fabric with a highly reflective gold printed on.

Hi! What are the min measurements of the waist? And how much would shipping to Poland cost?

The flat measurement for the circumference of the skirt is 82cm. There is lacing to the back shirring panel so theoretically you could tighten it smaller if need be! Shipping to Poland would be $50 USD and I will reimburse you the difference should the shipping be less than that.
