Lief OP + Sailor Hat

I am the second owner of this OP; I wore it two times since purchasing it. Both original sailor collars are included. The original Lief waist ribbon is also included and I personally did not wear it myself so it looks brand new. The matching blue sailor hat is also included! It’s a super cute set, I’m a bit sad to sell it but I am leaving lolita for the most part.
