Hi I don't have the official measurements but measuring straight across the waist it was around 37cm It was a bit tight on my 80cm around waist so I would say for a comfortable fit 70-75cm would be best As far as the chest goes it fit my 98cm chest well I just wouldn't recommend a push up bra or anything to make the chest larger
