I bought this brand new, took the tag off and tried it on when it arrived, but haven't touched it since. Never worn, not even for indoor photos.
The waist bow is on a brooch backing, I removed it from the dress so it wouldn't make holes in the dress while in storage. It's included (you can see it hanging off the corset lacing).
Measurements (please note these were taken with a measuring tape with the dress laying flat, there may be some error in measuring):
Bust: 88-98cm
Waist: 72-86cm
Side front (shoulder seam to waist): ~37cm
