Leur Getter Strawberry JSK in navy! This is a popular series that was sold out in stores. The fabric is very lovely and soft, and fully lined. The measurements are somewhat estimated, I was afraid of stretching the shirring too much, I think it could go maybe 2-3cm higher but I didn't want to spoil the dress.
