Hi! It has very stretchy back shirring. I put it on over a bulky sweater and I think it'd fit a bust up to 98 cm? The waist is about 14 inches laying flat, hard to say the max size for it since its a little high waisted, so it should fit freely under the skirt part. I hope that helps but basically I think it would fit anyone size XS-L (on the smaller side of Large) since it's very elastic!
