I bought this secondhand from Japan. I was looking for this skirt for quite some time, but unfortunately it’s too big on me. >< The small black bow is detachable.

It”s in great condition with no flaws as far as I can see. The waist is fully elastic so can accommodate larger measurements (but please check lolibrary first!)
