I was looking for this skirt for quite some time, but unfortunately it’s too big on me. >< The small black bow is detachable.  The waist is fully elastic so can accommodate larger measurements (but please check lolibrary first!)

I bought this secondhand from Japan and it came to me new with tags! The original listing disclosed a stain but I cannot find it. Please be aware of that!
