Like new - only tried on once.
Measurements -
Length of skirt: 71cm (~28 in), including the 9.5cm waist part.
Waist comfortable range: 28-32 inches (70-80cm).
This is a very pretty skirt with unique embroidery on it. The "girdle"-like design on waist provides a better shape.
This item comes with two hair accessories shown in the third picture. I've tried them on so if you don't want them just tell me I can give you $5 off.
